COACHING

I am a fully qualified personal trainer providing personalised coaching, nutritional support and fitness advice to athletes from beginner to elite in the field of triathlon, cycling and running.

As your coach I will work with you to achieve your own person targets, whether it be to lose weight, to get a little fitter, or train specifically towards a race or season target. We will take a balanced development approach to your training programmes, and by using applied principals based on your individual requirements and limitations we will achieve great results.

Personalised coaching means I take into account your own personal (weekly) circumstances, general availabilities and facilities.  These programmes will optimise your training while working around various limitations and commitments, part of everyday life!  As a result we should see some amazing improvements in your fitness.

COACHING COST: £75 per month
