I am fully qualified and registered on REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) at Level 3 as an Advanced Instructor in Personal Training and Weight Management.  I hold a number of qualifications, see about me

I will provide the following in a one-to-one session with the aim of improving all aspects of your health and fitness:

  • Nutritional Advice and Weight Management Guidance
  • Aerobic Conditioning / Fat-Loss
  • Resistance / Strength Training
  • Core Training
  • Speed and Interval Training
  • Specific Flexibility, Stability, Balance and Technique Work
  • General advice and guidance on possible lifestyle changes to meet requirements.

Training sessions can be carried out at any agreed venue.

Introductory assessment will involve the completion of lifestyle and medical screening forms, a discussion on training requirements and targets.

Clients who pay for coaching and live locally may also receive personal training as part of the coaching package.
